2026 Outreach
Each year HCCMF endeavors to give back to the Highlands and Cashiers communities with concerts featuring the Festival's renowned musicians. This season audiences will be entertained by programs at Fidelia Eckerd Living Center, Buck's Coffee-Cashiers, Camp Merriewoode and the Highlands Presbyterian Church for the Family Concert/Ice Cream Social and the Interlude Concert. The family concert/ice cream social will also be held at the Albert Carlton Community Library in Cashiers.
In May and October our Residencies will return with renowned quartets who will present programs at the three Highlands and Cashiers Schools and the Eckerd Living Center. New to the Residency program will be a program at nearby Rabun-Gap Nacoochee School and a concert at Western Carolina University. As always there will be a free community concert on Saturday evenings in Highlands.
